About the Role

As a Senior Paraplanner you will:
Translate adviser strategy into explicit, actionable advice instructions.
Coordinate SOA preparation, research and paraplanning resources.
Review technical modelling, calculations and advice for accuracy and compliance.
Manage workflow, quality and deadlines to minimise adviser rework.
Coach offshore paraplanners and drive process and quality improvements.

About you

You’ll be a good fit for theSenior Paraplanner role if you have:
Minimum 5 years' experience in senior paraplanning, advice preparation or a similar financial planning role.
Strong knowledge of the end-to-end advice process.
Advanced XPLAN experience.
Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing SOAs and ROAs.
Robust technical capability across superannuation, retirement planning, investments and cashflow modelling.
Experience working with or managing offshore paraplanning resources.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and workflow technologies desirable
