This role transitions traditional contact centre work into a consultative, results‑driven workplace, positioned in Queensland with Brisbane or Townsville locations available.

You’ll deliver 15‑minute Super Health Checks to educate members on retirement goals, build rapport, and refer to our personal advice team when appropriate.
