Mercor is seeking a Senior Design Expert for a paid AI design research study. This contract role is remote and offers hourly compensation of $150–$250.
You will conduct structured, recorded remote sessions to capture expert design thinking and share insights on what separates craft from less polished work. You will review design readiness for shipping, work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines, and provide a explicit point of view on design quality and shipping standards.
