Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced Leasing Paralegal to join a energetic Property Legal team. You will manage a broad retail and commercial leasing portfolio across Australia and Recent Zealand with autonomy and direct access to senior legal professionals.

The ideal candidate will have seven or more years' leasing experience, solid drafting and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to work independently while coordinating with landlords, agents and internal stakeholders.
