We’re currently recruiting 5x motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our client’s busy coffee manufacturing warehouse team in Westmeadows. This is an opportunity to become part of a growing food manufacturing business, learn different areas of the warehouse and work towards a long-term position.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to go and understands the importance of being a reliable team member.
The Opportunity
Day shift: 6:30am – 3:00pm
Casual employment to start
Potential transition to full-time employment after approximately 3 months with NewWay Solutions, subject to client requirements
Opportunity to learn different warehouse departments and develop your skills
Ongoing work within a growing coffee manufacturing operation
What You'll Be Doing
Operating a high reach forklift as required
Picking and packing customer orders accurately
Performing general warehouse and storeperson duties
Assisting with occasional container loading and unloading
Supporting daily warehouse operations across different departments
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
What We're Looking For
Current LF forklift licence
Previous high reach forklift experience preferred
RF scanning experience preferred
Previous warehouse or storeperson experience advantageous
Own reliable transport
A solid work ethic and reliable attendance
A team player who is willing to learn and take direction
