Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers to provide in-home assistance in the St Albans area, Melbourne. Each client receives a minimum of two hours to build rapport and meaningful connections, with shifts Monday to Friday and potential weekend coverage.

Role includes personal care, transport, domestic tasks and social support at clients’ homes within a defined area. Training, adaptable shifts, and supportive work setting are offered.
