This is your prospect for an experienced Customer Service / Sales Consultantto be part of a business that is constantly growing and getting better.In this role, you will respond to phone and email inquiries, deliver exceptional service, and build robust client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

The Role
Respond to all sales inquiries, via both inbound phone calls and warm outbound leads.
Take messages for overflow calls taken for other departments.
Daily management of on-road operations and on-road problem-solving.
Review and recommend improvements to current systems and processes.
Account management of current commercial customers.
Outbound communication to existing and potential customers.
Coordinate events, webinars, and promotions to engage with potential customers.

Previous relevant experience is desirable, but we are willing to teach the right person.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to multitask.
