Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) is seeking a qualified Personal Care Worker to provide high‑quality personal care in Flynn Lodge Aged Care, Alice Springs. The role is full‑time for up to 3 months, with an hourly gross rate between 38.33 and 39.91 AUD.

You will support residents with grooming, mobility and meals, following care plans, and report to senior nursing staff as needed. Abilities include compassion, valuable communication, and teamwork within a diverse staff group.
