In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café and work areas
Oversee coffee machine settings and perform regular maintenance
Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers
Handle cash and process transactions accurately
Assist in training recent staff members on coffee preparation and customer service
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience in front of house roles
Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
