ROLE:

An exciting opportunity for a motivated, early-career Estimator to join a reputable construction contractor and build a strong career in estimating. You’ll be supported and mentored by experienced Senior Estimators while gaining hands-on exposure to the full tender process, working closely with a collaborative and supportive team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Senior Estimators in preparing tenders
Complete quantity takeoffs
Obtain and compare quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
Follow up with trades to secure pricing within tender deadlines




Compile and prepare tender reports
Collaborate with the wider team throughout the tender process

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A tertiary qualification in Construction (essential)
A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
Self-motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of your tasks
Coachable and open to feedback
Robust analytical and/or financial skills (highly regarded)
Experience with Cubit (advantageous but not essential)
