Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of application to provide uninterrupted support.
Experience in managing Web connect, Recs, Gems, STL Fetch and Matching Service.
Work with other support teams (EIA, DA/DBA, server teams) to ensure application is up and running without any hindrance.
Implement integration plans/scripts to validate that application changes meet technical specifications.
Responsible to troubleshoot/resolve incidents and business support item.
Participate in technical reviews at appropriate stages of development.
Perform application support tasks like- systems support, security reviews, & maintenance tasks.
Participate in production support/pager duty rotation including weekend and off-hour support coverage.
Installing recent hardware, software, and networking systems.
Proposing simple and effective solutions.
Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of application to provide uninterrupted support.
Valuable working knowledge in RP2.4 version or above.
