In this role you will:
Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.

Qualifications :

You dont need Employment Services experience we provide full training.
You will bring:
Experience in customer service or a clientfacing role.
A genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
Solid communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.




The ability to stay organised and work in a structured goal driven environment.
A current drivers licence.
