This is an exciting chance for a recruitment professional with proven experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and attracting quality talent across retail operations.

About the Role:

You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment for a high volume of retail vacancies, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process while meeting tight deadlines and business demands.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume retail positions, from job advertising through to offer and onboarding.
Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and proactive sourcing strategies.
Screen applications, conduct interviews and assess candidates against role requirements.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, recruitment priorities and timelines.
Coordinate interviews, reference checks, pre-employment checks and offers.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.




Deliver a positive candidate experience while managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within retail or a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Demonstrated success managing multiple vacancies and competing recruitment priorities.
Robust candidate sourcing, screening and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to work at pace, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting tools.
