Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager,



Venue Manager or Senior Assistant Manager
Solid leadership skills with the ability to build, coach and motivate teams
Proven experience managing high-volume food and beverage operations
Excellent financial acumen including labour, stock and cost control
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence
