This organisation are synonymous with being a major player in the manufacture and distribution of ingredients to a variety of categories in the Food Industry including Bakery and Pastry. Reporting into the National Sales Manager, the role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, leading customer innovation projects, and positioning the organisation as the preferred bakery ingredients and solutions partner for National Foodservice Distributors, Contract Caterers and broader Food Service Channel.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of National Foodservice accounts.
Drive growth by identifying and converting new opportunities through a solid end-user focus.
Develop and execute customer business plans.
Lead customer reviews, commercial negotiations and pricing discussions.
Deliver sales, profit and volume objectives.
Identify and convert current growth opportunities through active end user focus.
Build relationships with Foodservice operators, contract caterers,



bakery chains and national groups.
Increase organisational market presence and product penetration within target customers.
Build strategic partnerships with Foodservice distributors.
Develop and execute joint business plans.
Support distributor teams to drive sales growth and customer acquisition.
Lead customer innovation and product development projects.
Collaborate with Technical, Marketing, Operations and Customer Service teams to deliver customer solutions.
Translate market trends and customer insights into commercial prospects.

Key Requirements:
FMCG Experience essential.
Proven success in account management, business development or sales.
Experience within Foodservice, bakery, FMCG or food ingredients.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple customers, projects and stakeholders effectively.
