Hunter New England Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Transitional Aged Care Program in the Lower Mid North Coast region.
Work across Taree, Forster, or Gloucester with a 20-hour week and permanent part-time arrangements, supporting older adults to transition safely home from hospital.
You will assess, plan and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to restore independence and mobility, with solid professional development and incentive opportunities available.
