About You:
3+ years experience
Kind, compassionate and human - not a policy robot
Emotionally intelligent — stays out of court by resolving issues early

Tech savvy and improvement minded
WA PM Registration + Driver's Licence
Role Tasks:
Manage a portfolio of residential properties (SOR)
Advertise rental listings & conduct home opens
Process applications, complete tenant screening and prepare lease agreements
Collect rent, manage arrears, and handle bond lodgements in line with legislation
Conduct routine inspections, entry/exit reports and manage lease renewals
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with landlords and contractors
Ensure compliance with state-based tenancy laws and regulations
Handle tenant and landlord enquiries, manage disputes and deliver resolution
