Amazon is seeking a Senior RFIC Design Engineer to architect, design, simulate, layout and verify RF front-end ICs from data converters to LNAs and PAs.
You will optimize power and cost while meeting system targets, working with cross-disciplinary teams and third-party suppliers.
You will drive the transceiver architecture, perform RF layout and extraction, and coordinate with packaging and HW teams to ensure robust, producible designs for Kuiper/related broadband efforts.
