Gloucestershire Hospital Education Service in Gloucestershire is seeking a HLTA Link Tutor to join the pastoral support team, helping students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
The role is peripatetic, with home visits and regular school-based work across Gloucestershire.
You will work with families and schools to support engagement with education, manage transitions back to mainstream or other provisions, and contribute to the wellbeing curriculum.
