About the Role:
AsBranch Manager,you'll oversee the full operation of a busy hardware store in Townsville.
You'll manage a passionate team, drive sales, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll set the standard for service, safety, and performance while growing both your people and the business.
Skills and Experience:
Proven retail or trade management experience,



ideally within hardware, building supplies, or similar
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop your team
Solid understanding of inventory management, merchandising, and store operations
Confident communicator who builds genuine relationships with customers and suppliers
