About the Role
Broken Hill Hospital is seeking a versatile and committedConsultant Psychiatristto join its expanding mental health team.
This multifaceted role includes:
Providing psychiatric care in thenew Acute Mental Health Inpatient Unit(8 beds) designed for short- to medium-term admissions
Deliveringconsult-liaison servicesacross the hospital, including the Emergency Department and general wards.
Supportingcommunity mental health services, including outreach, case management, and recovery-oriented care.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to service development, supervision of junior staff,



and integration of culturally protected practices.
