HealthcareLink Pty Ltd. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support the Clarence Valley region from our Grafton clinic.
You will deliver NDIS and community aged care services across a mixed case load, working within a multi-disciplinary team in office.
Responsibilities include functional assessments, assistive technology reporting, therapy for capacity building, cognitive assessments, paediatric therapy in clinic, and in-home services with home modifications and equipment prescription.
