We are seeking an experienced and motivatedAssembly Line Leaderto join a busy operation based inDandenong South.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring a high level of attention to detail and proven knowledge ofcabinet making or furniture making with timber.
The role will include:
Operating a3-axis CNC machine.
Supporting and guiding the team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Maintaining a safe, organised, and professional worksite.
Communicating clearly with management regarding progress, issues, and potential risks.
Working collaboratively to meet production deadlines and targets.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Cabinet making or furniture making experience(essential).
PPE, includinghigh-visibility vest and steel-capped footwear.
Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
Full work rights and availability to workMonday to Friday.
A reliable vehicle andvalid driver's licencefor travel to and from work.
