The role of Pastoral Leader is to support the mission of the college through leadership founded on a commitment to the provision of quality education for the students. This involves:
Developing and implementing effective pastoral practices which provide for students' wellbeing




Ensuring that appropriate programs and processes are developed and followed at all levels to encourage students to embrace a way of living based on Gospel values and managing student behaviours which are contrary to this
Coordinating the efforts of staff in students' holistic growth
Developing partnerships with parents and carers
Developing other appropriate partnerships within and outside of the school
Middle Leaders are accountable to and under the direction of the College Principal, Line Managed by Deputy Principal - Pastoral Care
