Perth & Kinross Council is seeking a motivated social worker for the Hospital Discharge Team in Murray Royal Hospital, Perth.
The role is full-time, with 36 hours per week, focusing on timely, safe discharges for adults and carers from age 16, in a supportive multi-disciplinary workplace.
The successful candidate will carry out person-centred assessments, work within SDS, and uphold social work principles and values, with opportunities for training and development.
