We're searching for a polished and personableLegal Receptionist with 1- 3 years of experienceto join the Melbourne office of a highly regarded global law firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of a professional office, loves delivering excellent client service and would enjoy getting involved in the fun, creative side of office life too.
WorkingMonday to Thursday, 8.30am–5.30pm, you'll enjoy a consistent four-day week with Fridays all to yourself.
The Chance
Working closely with the firm's Office Services Supervisor, you'll take ownership of the firm's front-of-house experience, to ensure clients, visitors and staff feel well looked after.
There's a great balance of traditional reception duties and the chance to get involved in the office's social and events calendar.
Your days will be varied, with responsibilities including:
Welcoming clients and visitors and managing incoming calls
Coordinating meeting rooms and preparing spaces for client meetings
Arranging refreshments and assisting with catering requirements
Maintaining beautifully presented reception, meeting and shared areas
Liaising with Partners, lawyers, support staff and external providers
Assisting with internal events, team lunches and client functions




Helping create invitations, event materials, etc
Providing general office support wherever needed
About You
For this role, we are searching for someone with1–3 years' experience in reception gained within a law firm or professional services environment.You'll also be someone who takes pride in the little details, whether that's preparing a meeting room, making clients feel comfortable or ensuring shared spaces are looking their best.
We're looking for someone who is:
Polished in their presentation, professional and naturally welcoming
Confident communicating with clients, Partners and management
Proactive by nature, organised and comfortable juggling different tasks throughout the day
Creative and enthusiastic about contributing to office events
Happy to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed
