About the Role
We are seeking a Desktop Support & Asset Management Officer to support ICT equipment logistics, warehouse operations and end-user technical support.
The role involves managing ICT assets throughout their lifecycle, coordinating equipment deployments and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, label, track, store and deploy ICT equipment.
Maintain asset registers, inventory records and conduct stocktakes.
Coordinate equipment movements, warehouse operations and site setups.
Manage logistics requests and asset tracking through systems such as ServiceNow.
Provide basic desktop support and troubleshoot ICT equipment issues.
Support equipment relocations, deployments and operational activities.

About You
Experience in desktop support, ICT asset management, warehousing or logistics.
Solid organisational, record-keeping and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a team.
Basic ICT troubleshooting and inventory management experience.
Desirable:Experience with ServiceNow, asset management systems, forklift operation or relevant safety certifications.
Mandatory Requirement:Applicants must hold an active Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) security clearance.
