Salary: $113,933 - $122,414 plus Salary Packaging up to $18,550

Rocky Bay is looking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic Clinical Operations Manager to lead, develop and support a multi-disciplinary team of Allied Health professionals as well as build strong partnerships with stakeholders to identify new service and growth opportunities
Duties:
Lead a geographically based, interdisciplinary allied health team to deliver support to children, adults and their families towards achieving greater independence and participation
Supporting children and/or adults living with disability and their families according to best practice standards
Driving the operational performance of your team
Build relationships in the Community with our customers
What you'll need to have:
An Allied Health Tertiary Degree in either Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work or Exercise Physiology
Full Registration with AHPRA or membership with SPA
Experience in leading and managing team performance
Experience working with people living with disabilities in a community setting (desirable)
