Sureway is seeking an Employment Consultant (IEA) in Deniliquin to support participants and connect them with employers.
You will run one-on-one coaching, set explicit goals, and help people with disability build confidence and skills.
The role is part-time (three days per week).
You will engage with local businesses, maintain records for program compliance, and represent Sureway in the community, helping participants move toward sustainable employment.
