You'll combine hands-on dental assisting with coordinating the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys responsibility and wants to play an significant role in ensuring the clinical side of the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Providing chairside assistance across a range of dental and oral health procedures
Coordinating clinical organisation, surgery maintenance and stock control
Ordering and monitoring clinical supplies
Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control
Supporting and training team members
Maintaining efficient clinical systems and workflows
Providing occasional reception relief when required
Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the clinic

Is confident chairside and understands clinical protocols
Is organised,



proactive and takes pride in their work
Enjoys taking responsibility and supporting others
Has strong attention to detail and initiative
Is reliable, friendly and a strong team player
Is comfortable assisting with reception duties when required
