BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Direct Care Coordinator based in Tasmania for a 12-month contract (part time, 4 days per week).
In this hybrid role you will develop and manage optimized rosters for frontline staff, acting as the first point of contact for care delivery staff and external providers while ensuring service requirements and cost efficiency are met.
You will work with rostering and administrative professionals, supporting customers and staff, with opportunities to expand skills
