The role focuses on productive cleaning and storage of equipment, supporting the Stewarding Manager, and ensuring smooth service without food prep duties.
You will delegate tasks, monitor hygiene standards, and participate in inventory and payroll tasks while working on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
Hospitality experience preferred.
