THE CHANCE
We're looking for a Regional Sales Representative to grow Good Drinks across northern and north-eastern Victoria and southern NSW.
Based in Albury–Wodonga and reporting to the VIC Field Sales Manager, you'll manage a genuinely cross-border territory spanning On-Premise and Retail customers, from Wangaratta and Shepparton to Wagga Wagga and Echuca/Moama.
The Victorian and NSW Alpine regions are a strategic priority.
Think Falls Creek, Mt Hotham, Thredbo and Perisher, with a ramp-up in planning, customer engagement and field activity in the lead-up to and throughout winter.
You'll run your territory on commercial opportunity rather than state lines, building efficient regional runs that maximise selling time.
Regular regional driving and overnight travel are a core part of this role, so you'll need to be comfortable spending time on the road.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Grow distribution across On-Premise and Retail channels
Identify, target and convert new business opportunities through the GDA Contract Register
Grow volume and rate of sale with existing customers
Build strong, long-term relationships with key regional and Alpine customers
Develop the Victorian and NSW snowfields as priority markets
Execute brand priorities, NPD launches, promotional programs and activations
Deliver strong in-market execution across ranging, visibility and promotional compliance
Maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and distribution partners
Keep disciplined CRM records, call planning and customer follow-up
Plan efficient regional travel and overnight runs, prioritising your call cycle by opportunity
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback
Collaborate across the VIC and NSW sales teams
WHAT SETS YOU APART
One to three years' experience in a similar field sales role
Strong self-management and organisational skills, and comfortable working autonomously
A current driver licence and comfort with regular driving, regional travel and overnight stays
A current RSA valid in both Victoria and NSW, or the ability to obtain both
Confident, dependable and honest, assertive while staying humble
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
A team-oriented team player who builds strong internal relationships
Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Windows and standard business applications
