At E4 People, we're partnering with a range of aged care facilities across QLD and interstate - supporting them through busy periods, sick leave gaps, and ongoing staffing needs.

We're currently looking for experienced AINs/PCAs across locations including Mackay, Townsville, and Rockhampton who want to pick up regular casual shifts or block bookings.

What you'll be doing
Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents
Supporting with personal care, mobility, and daily living
Assisting with infection control and maintaining a safe environment
Working as part of a supportive clinical team
What we're looking for
Minimum 6 months' paid experience as an AIN/PCA in Australia (Aged Care)
Robust communication and a caring, reliable approach
NDIS Check (preferred for some facilities)
Access to a car (ideal for regional locations)
