About the Role
You'll take full ownership of branch performance across sales, operations, customer service and team leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing daily branch operations
Leading and motivating a small team
Building strong relationships with existing customers




Identifying opportunities to grow branch revenue
Providing product advice and solutions to customers
Managing stock levels and inventory
Overseeing purchasing and supplier coordination
Ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations
Maintaining high service standards across the branch
What We're Looking For
You may currently be working as a:
Branch Manager
Store Manager
Trade Sales Manager
Operations Manager
Retail Manager
Internal Sales Manager
You'll likely bring:
Previous experience managing a branch, store, or trade-based operation
Strong sales and customer relationship skills
Leadership experience and the ability to hold a team accountable
Strong commercial awareness
Experience working in tools, equipment, machinery, construction supplies or similar industries
Confidence working autonomously
Solid organisational and problem-solving skills
Important to Know
This is a hands-on environment, so you'll need to be comfortable being on your feet and occasionally assisting with heavier products and equipment.
