People and Performance Systems Advisor
Overview
Based in Bannockburn with free onsite parking, a convenient location for Geelong, Ballarat and Melbourne.

Responsibilities
Improve and optimise people systems, including Aurion, ELMO and Elumina.
Support payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Configure and enhance systems for better performance and user experience.
Streamline processes across payroll and HR.
Provide practical, consistent advice to leaders on people matters.
Qualifications
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, including configuration, upgrades and backend administration (Aurion and/or ELMO highly regarded).
Solid exposure to payroll processing and compliance, including STP, PAYG and WorkCover.
Confidence working with data, systems and reporting to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and deliver high‐quality outcomes.
High level of accuracy, with the ability to work independently and within clear frameworks.
