Clear progression into a management role within 2 years
Protected supervision time
Collaborative team culture with our MD team
Flexibility – choose 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
Varied leadership role
If you've been wanting a role where you can contribute beyond your caseload and lead with purpose, this is it.
We're looking for a Senior Speech Pathologist to take ownership of clinical leadership, develop junior clinicians and help drive clinical excellence.
Reporting to our Team Leader, you'll provide high-level clinical supervision, lead professional development and training, and continue delivering high-quality assessment and intervention.
This isn't a role where you'll simply turn up, see clients and go home.
You'll have the prospect to influence people, improve practice and help shape where the clinic goes next.
De Silva Kids Clinic is a therapist-owned and therapist-led paediatric clinic in Mill Park.
You'll work alongside Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists in a purpose-built environment – with the autonomy and support to do your best work.
Why you'll want this role:
Clear progression into a management role within 2 years with salary progression each year
$1,500 annual PD budget + dedicated internal PD time each month
Protected supervision time – 1 hour per week per clinician, scheduled in your calendar and protected from client bookings
3 Elevate Days per year – team building culture days with in-house guest speakers, collaborative work and time to connect with each other
Purpose-built sensory gym and full suite of assessments and resources

Realistic caseloads with protected reporting time
Dedicated full administrative support
Choice of 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
Full-time or 4-day flexibility
Your impact
Lead and develop junior Speech Pathologists and university placement students
Deliver professional development and training across our multidisciplinary team
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, systems and team performance
Deliver paediatric assessment and intervention across presentations including Autism, ADHD, PDA, CAS and more
Deliver individual and group sessions in a 100% clinic-based role
What makes us different
Clinician-led – your leaders understand clinical work because they've done it themselves
A team that actually connects – we value strong relationships, collaboration and having fun together, with regular lunches and celebrations
Your voice matters – work closely with leadership to influence the future direction of DSKC
A mission with purpose – empowering families through education, support and excellent allied health services
You'll be a great fit if you:
Are a qualified Speech Pathologist with current SPA registration
Have 3+ years' experience, including demonstrated clinical supervision experience
Value genuine connection – you make an effort to build strong relationships with your colleagues and leadership, and want to work closely with us to lead and grow the organisation together
Are passionate about neurodivergent children and family-centred practice
Hold a current Working with Children Check
