About the role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Team Member to become an integral part of our Belmont branch.
This role will suit someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems and working within a close-knit team
This role will ideally work Sunday – Thursday.
What you'll be doing:
Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations to trade and retail customers
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Build strong relationships with regular customers and identify sales opportunities
Maintain product displays, merchandising standards and store presentation
Assist with stock receipt, replenishment and inventory management
Support warehouse and loading activities where required
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets
Contribute to a safe, positive and customer-focused team culture
We're looking for someone who:
Experience in retail, trade sales, customer service or a similar customer-facing environment
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, mature and team-oriented approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
Forklift licence highly desirable but not essential
