Senior Data Engineer
role working with a major Australian retailer, as part of a significant data transformation program.
The immediate requirement is for a
3-month contract
, with the project expected to run through to the end of February.
There is also potential for the contract to transition into a permanent opportunity, so there's a longer-term possibility if things work well for both sides.
The key requirement is strong hands-on experience with
dbt, Airflow and Snowflake
, along with solid experience across
data ingestion and transformation
.




They're looking for someone who is comfortable getting into the detail and building/working with data pipelines rather than someone heavily focused on stakeholder management, so it's quite a hands-on engineering role.
