Job Description
KeyRequirements:
Proven experience in Contact Center testing environments.
Hands-on experience with Cyara for automated and end-to-end testing.
Experience testing IVR, call flows, routing, reporting, and agent desktopapplications.
Strong understanding of Contact Center platforms
Ability to create test cases, execute test scenarios, and manage defecttracking.
Experience with UAT, SIT, and regression testing.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
