Jetstar is seeking a Performance Manager to lead a busy port operation, acting as the vital link between senior leadership and frontline teams.
You will build an engaged, supported workforce and drive outcomes that prioritise safety and customer experience.
Leading up to 80 frontline staff, you will partner with the Airport Manager, manage performance, recruitment and rostering, and steer change initiatives in a rapid‐paced environment.
A 12‐month contract with extension is offered.
