Wellways is seeking a compassionate Wellbeing Worker to support the Mildura PARC team.
The role focuses on short-term mental health recovery, intake, group programs, and daily keywork, in collaboration with MBPH and Wellways staff.
It offers casual hours, a SCHADS level 3B rate, plus leave loading, super, and salary packaging.
You will join a recovery-focused service, contribute to person-centred care, and help clients regain independence in the Murray region.
