MacKellar Group is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Diesel Fitter to lead the maintenance crew at a coal mine near Blackwater in Queensland.
The role combines hands-on diesel fitting with crew leadership to keep heavy mining equipment operating safely and reliably.
You will supervise maintenance activities, coordinate servicing and diagnostics, and drive shift targets on a 7/7 day/night roster.
Camp meals and PPE are provided, with opportunities for long-term career development.
