RPS, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking an experienced Senior Pursuit & Bid Co-ordinator to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic bid and pursuit professional to play a key role in positioning and winning high-profile consultancy work across Australia.
Working within our National Pursuit & Bid team, you will partner closely with technical leaders to develop winning strategies, strengthen client relationships and drive business growth.
The Opportunity
As
Senior Pursuit & Bid Co-ordinator
, you will lead the planning, positioning and delivery of strategic pursuits and bids for projects across Australia , helping to secure projects that support Australia's infrastructure, development and resources projects.
You will work collaboratively with technical experts, business leaders and marketing professionals to develop compelling submissions, strengthen client engagement and elevate RPS' profile within the market.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading strategic pursuits and bid opportunities from initial pursuit through to submission
Coordinating planning and positioning activities for key opportunities
Developing tailored, high-quality bid content and submission materials
Maintaining capability statements, project experience and bid library content
Create and maintain CVs and bios for all staff
Supporting the national pursuit & bid team in distributing tender notifications
Leveraging AI tools and technology to improve bid quality and efficiency.
About You
You are a highly organised and commercially minded pursuits, bids, marketing or business development professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will bring:




Experience in bids and tender submissions and pursuits within a professional services environment
Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities
Outstanding writing, editing and communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously
Experience with online tender portals and client procurement processes
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded.
