Experience
Minimum 7 Years of Experience inSalesforce LWC/Apex, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
Skills
Strong experience inSalesforce configuration and customization
Strong experience inintegrating Salesforce with external systems
Strong experience in Agile wayof working
DevOps practitioner withBitbucket, Git and CI/CDexperience
Good understanding andexposure to Salesforce DX
Proven knowledge ofbusiness process and its KPIs, including best practices to supportthe relevant business processes
Good Communication,analytical & problem solving skill
.Should be familiar with COPADA.

Strong debugging skills on LWC,APEX, Aura to support production incidents.

Managing and delivering work usingAgile methodology.

Should attend all cadence ceremonyand familiar with Weekly and ER release.
Responsibilities
Configure and customize solutionsusing Salesforce platform to support critical business functionsand meet project objectives and client requirements
Ensuring Salesforce best practicesare followed in configuring and customizing the application
Provide detailed level ofeffort estimates for proposed solutions.
Articulate the perks and risks toa solution's feasibility and functionality
Develop, test, and documentworking custom development, integrations, and data migrationelements of a Salesforce implementation
Follow and understandSalesforce product and technical capabilities resulting fromproduct releases and acquisitions
Communicate with project manager,scrum master, clients and other developers to design cohesiveproject strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughoutall phases of development, testing and deployment
Interact directly withclients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze projectobjectives and capability requirements, including specificationsfor user interfaces, customized applications and interactions withinternal Salesforce instances
