The Salvation Army in Perth seeks a Front of House Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of the Front of House functions at The Beacon.
You will lead Intake and Assessment, Support Workers and the 21-Day Case Worker function, ensuring dignity and qualified support from the moment a client walks through the door.
You will manage a team of ~18 staff, coaching leaders, and building strong stakeholder relationships while aligning with the National Homelessness Stream Model of Care.
