We're seeking alead dentistto step into this full-time role (4–5 days/week), leading a close-knit team and building on the practice's strong existing patient base.

What you'll be doing:
Leading daily clinical operations and mentoring your team
Providing a full range of general dental care: diagnostics, preventive,



restorative and cosmetic
Helping refine clinical protocols to ensure quality and consistency
Supporting a positive, patient-focused team culture and collaborating with the practice manager on local marketing and growth
Requirements for this role:
CurrentAHPRA registrationandprofessional indemnity insurance
Minimum5 years' post-graduate experience
Strong clinical capability across a broad range of treatments
Leadership experience or a genuine interest in developing in this area
Team-oriented mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
