Anglicare is seeking a Residential Operations Manager for Dorothy Boyt House, Malabar, on a 12-month maternity leave cover.
You will lead a dedicated team and ensure high standards of care and service delivery for residents.
You'll manage rosters, budgets, KPI performance, HRIS and payroll while driving compliance and continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on leadership role within our Residential Leadership Team.
