Lives Lived Well is seeking a Team Leader for the Central Queensland AOD Community Services to provide clinical and operational leadership for programs in Rockhampton, Yeppoon and Gladstone.
The role oversees a team of six to seven clinicians, with a focus on evidence-based practice, service delivery improvement, and collaboration with local stakeholders.
It is a full time, maximum term position until 30 June ****, with possible extension and occasional travel to Gladstone.
