WHAT YOU WILL DO :
In our People & Talent Strategy , you will gain the foundations to become a leader.
You will start as a Learning and leadership development specialist , but will have opportunities to experience other roles such as Recruiter, HR Generalist, Transformation Project, HR Progress, HRBP, Regional role.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals who:
Bachelor's degree holder with up to 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, Communication, Business Administration or related fields
Demonstrate a strong interest in people development, leadership, learning, and organizational growth
Proficiency in Business English (Upper intermediate or B2+), with additional languages considered a plus
Collaborative problem-solver who thrives in diverse environments
Impact-driven, with the ambition to make a meaningful contribution to our Michelin in Motion **** strategy from day one
Fully mobile and open to new experiences across the region
